डाक विभाग ने शुरू की मोबाइल मनी ट्रांसफर सेवा

 भारतीय डाक विभाग (डीओपी) ने भारतीय संचार निगम लिमिटेड (बीएसएनएल) के साथ मिलकर मोबाइल मनी ट्रांसफर सेवा शुरू की है। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल ने बृहस्पतिवार को दिल्ली और केरल के बीच भारतीय डाक की इस सेवा को लांच किया।

इस सेवा के जरिए कोई व्यक्ति डाकघरों में मोबाइल फोन के माध्यम से दूसरे व्यक्ति को तत्काल पैसे भेज सकेगा। इसके अंतर्गत, पैसे भेजने के लिए डाकघरों में डाक सहायक बीएसएनएल की ओर से उपलब्ध कराई गई तकनीक और मोबाइल फोन का इस्तेमाल करेंगे।

बैंकों में मार्च तक नौकरियों की बारिश

बैंकिंग सेक्टर में नौकरी के लिए अच्छे मौके हैं। मार्च 2013 तक सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों में 63,200 नियुक्तियां की जाएंगी। इसी तरह आने वाले दिनों में छात्रों के लिए एजुकेशन लोन लेना भी आसान हो सकेगा। सरकार बजट में एजुकेशन लोन के लिए प्रस्तावित क्रेडिट गारंटी फंड को जल्द ही मूर्त रूप देगी और मार्च 2014 तक देश के सभी किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड एटीएम के रूप में भी काम करेंगे।

बृहस्पतिवार को वित्त मंत्री पी. चिदंबरम ने सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों के प्रमुखों के साथ हुई बैठक के बाद यह जानकारी दी। वित्त मंत्री के मुताबिक वित्त वर्ष 2012-13 में सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों में 63,200 नियुक्तियां की जाएंगी, जिसमें बैंक अधिकारी और क्लर्क स्तर पर नियुक्तियां की जा रही हैं। हालांकि, अप्रैल से सितंबर के दौरान अभी तक इसमें से कितनी नियुक्तियां हुई हैं, इसका ब्योरा सरकार ने नहीं दिया है।

The present constitution of India was framed by the Constitution Assembly of India setup under Cabinet Mission Plan of May 16, 1946.

Composition of Constituent Assembly:-

• The Constituent Assembly consisted of 385 members, of which 292 were elected by he elected members of the Provincial Legislative Assemblies while 93 members were nominated by the Princely States. To these were to be added a representative each from the four Chief Commissioners Provinces of Delhi, Ajmer-Marwar, Coorg and British Baluchistan.
• Each Province and each Indian State or group of States were allotted the total number of seas proportional to their respective population roughly in the ration of one to a million.
• B N Rao was appointed the Constitutional Advisor of the Assembly.
• The first meeting of the Constituent Assembly took place of Dec 9, 1946 with Dr. Sachidanand Sinha as its interim President. Dr. Rajendra Prasad was elected as its President n Dec 11, 1947.
• The Assembly framing the Constitution.had 13 Committees.
• The all-important Drafting Committee, which bore the responsibility of drafting the Constitutional document during the recess of the Constitutent Assembly, from July 1947 to September 1948, was formed on August 29, 1947. Its members were:

2. N. Gopalaswami Ayyar
3. K.M. Munshi
4. Syyed Mohd. Saadulla

• It was finally passed and accepted on Nov 26, 1949. The session of the Assembly was held on Jan 24, 1950, which unanimously elected Dr, Rajendra Prasad as the President of India. In all the 284 members of the Assembly signed the official copies of the Indian Constitution which came into effect on Jan 26, 1950, known and celebrated as the Republic Day of India.

SHCIL is to merge with IDBI Bank

SHCIL-IDBI Bank merger – SHCIL is to merge with IDBI Bank.

Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd (SHCIL), a well known broking and custodial services outfit, is to merge with Mumbai-based public sector lender IDBI Bank, giving 227 offices and access to 800,000 high net worth customers to the IDBI Bank. It will be a non-cash share swap deal.

The swap ratio is yet to be fixed and the merger is subject to approval from the Mumbai high court, beside regulatory agencies and shareholders.
