Educational Qualifications :

Name Of the Posts	Educational Details
Stenographer	Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University. Should have Minimum shorthand and typing (on computer) speed of 100 and 40 w.p.m. respectively in English.
Assistant	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
Professional Assistant	M.A./M.Sc./M.Com and B. Lib Science.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)	Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.
Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical)	Matriculation Or its equivalent from a Recognized Board.

Age Limit :

Applicants age limit must be between 18 years to 28 years as on last date of submission of application. Age Relaxation will be applicable 5 years for ST/SC, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD Applicants as per Govt. rules.

Selection Process :

Selection process will be basis of written/skill test and interview.

Application fees :

Unreserved Applicants (GEN & OBC) need to pay RS.500/- and Reserved applicants (ST/SC/PWD) applicants need to pay Rs.300/-  in the form of demand draft in the favour of The Secretary, IIAS, Shimla.
